Haryana Engineering College Jagadhri Training & Placement Cell is pivotal in guiding students towards successful career paths. HEC Jagadhri placement cell also organises industrial visits and expert lectures by industry professionals to offer students real-world insights. 

Beginning in the first year, students are engaged in induction and orientation programmes, followed by sessions on personality development, communication skills, and summer internships. To prepare students for HEC Jagadhri placements, various preparatory programmes, including aptitude and English classes, as well as group discussions, are provided. HEC Jagadhri ensures students are fully prepared for both campus and off-campus placements during their final year.

Operating under the expert guidance of the Training and Placement Officer (TPO), the cell is dedicated to the holistic development of students.

The Training & Placement Department at HEC Jagadhri collaborates with Aspiring Minds and eLitmus to conduct AMCAT and PH tests, assessing the employability skills of B.Tech students.
