Hope you are doing great. Looking at trends in CSE branch, yes, you are very likely to procure yourself a seat in CSE with this rank in IGIT Sarang. But you will not get parala Maharaj engineering college, brahmapur.

keonjhar government engineering college accepts OJEE only. Hope you gave that.

Placement wise IGIT Sarang will provide on campus placements. GCE Kenojhar has no good student coordination for campus drives, So you have to try off campus (More competitive than on campus). But GCEs will be cheaper in terms of course fees and living costs

Infrastructure wise, IGIT is far better than others .

Due to huge competition, the opening and closing ranks are changing every year. For securing a seat in IGIT, Sarang in Computer Science or Electronics branch an AIR of around 90k is needed for a general candidate. And in case of VSSUT, Burla an AIR of 50k to 70k is required for a seat in CSE branch and around 90k for Electronics branch for candidates with no reservation(SC, ST, Women quota etc). For admission into these colleges, you need to participate in OJEE counseling with your JEE Mains rank.

The rank scored by you is a decent one and also the college which you have mentioned is one of the finest college and has a good record academic wise but definitely getting CSE branch would be very difficult only because of the high cutoffs but you cna definitely keep more options of colleges for admission as this will definitely going to increase your chance of securing admission in any good college.
