Hello,

with a score of 50 marks in AP EAMCET 2025, your expected rank is approximately between 25,001 and 30,000. please note that, as per the latest guidelines, IPE marks are no longer considered in the AP EAMCET ranking process. this rank range my qualify you for admission into certain private Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. for a more precise prediction.

Hii,

Top colleges in Hyderabad, Telangana, offering B.Sc. Radiology with merit-based admission through the Intermediate Public Examination (IPE):

  • Malla Reddy University: Offers B.Sc. Radiology and Imaging Technology. Needs 50% in IPE with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics.
  • Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS): Popular for radiology courses. Admission based on IPE merit.
  • Sri Venkateswara Medical College (SVMC): Good choice for B.Sc. Radiology with IPE scores.
  • MNR Medical College: Offers radiology program, admits based on IPE merit.

Hello Aspirant,

See the marks that you need to secure in order to obtain free seat cannot be predicted just randomly . Many factors play role in the determination of these things . The factors such as number of candidates appearing in the counselling, previous year cutoffs and number of seats available in the college plays a crucial role.

In order to get this free seat you need to score a decent percentile being from general category. A percentile of 97+ would be a safer score.

With a score of 60 marks in AP EAPCET and 540 marks in IPE, your combined score can be calculated using the EAPCET weightage (75%) and IPE weightage (25%). The approximate combined score would be around 63.75 out of 100.

Hello,

Yes, with 96% in your Intermediate (IPE), you have a very good chance of getting a seat at SASTRA University, especially under their merit-based admission system.

SASTRA University offers admission through two streams:

Stream 1 :

  • Based on a combination of JEE Main score (25%) and 12th board marks (75%).

  • 70% of the seats are filled under this stream.

Stream 2:

  • Based only on your 12th board marks (like your 96% in IPE).

  • 30% of the seats are filled through this route.

Since you have a strong IPE score, you can definitely apply through Stream 2, and you have a good chance of getting admission, especially in core branches like ECE, EEE, or Civil. For high-demand branches like CSE, competition may be tougher, but your percentage is still competitive.

If you also wrote JEE Main, then applying through both streams is even better it gives you more chances to get in.

It's challenging to give you an exact rank for AP EAPCET with just your EAPCET marks and IPE marks. Here's why:

Rank Calculation: Your EAPCET rank is determined by a combination of your EAPCET score (75% weightage) and your IPE (Intermediate Public Examination) marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology (25% weightage). Since you've provided your total IPE marks out of 600, we need the marks specifically in these three subjects to calculate the weighted IPE score accurately.

Formula: The formula to calculate the combined score (out of 100) used for ranking is:

Combined Score = (0.75 * Your EAPCET Marks out of 160) + (0.25 * Your IPE Marks in relevant subjects out of 600, scaled to 160)

Or, a more precise way considering the percentage:

Combined Score = (0.75 * (Your EAPCET Marks / 160) * 100) + (0.25 * (Your IPE Marks in relevant subjects / 600) * 100)

Marks between 50-59 often correspond to a rank range of 25,001 to 30,000 or even higher .

Here is a list of prominent engineering colleges in India that may offer free or subsidized seats based on merit or IPE (Intermediate Public Examination) marks, often through government scholarship programs or merit-based fee waivers:

  1. Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) – Across various locations (Mumbai, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, etc.)

  2. National Institutes of Technology (NITs) – Across various locations

  3. Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani

  4. Government College of Engineering (COE), Pune

  5. Anna University, Chennai

  6. Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi

  7. Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) – Across various locations

  8. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad

  9. National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru

  10. VIT University, Vellore

Each of these colleges may have specific scholarship or free seat programs based on merit or state exam rankings. It’s best to check the respective college’s official website or consult with the state education board for specific details regarding fee concessions or free seats.

Hi Manisha,

Yes, if you have gotten back your Intermediate 2nd-year exams (IPE) results and failed, you can opt for a re-evaluation and have the answer sheets rechecked as well. In addition to the re-evaluation process, you are also permitted to write supplementary exams of the same subjects in the next attempt stated by the board. It is best to apply for re-evaluation first and prepare for your supplementary exams with a possibility that your marks could see a boost after re-checking the re-evaluation marks.
