Student should get a minimum of 50% in the end term examination in all the subjects. So yes the minimum percentage required  for it is 50%

The admission to Sastra University solely depends on your rank in sastra's merit list which will be uploaded after a while. For cse the rank must be not more than 500. Only then, you will have a chance. All this is for stream 1. Coming to stream 2 ur board percentage should be more than 98.6%. So there are chances that you might get seat in Sastra University.

So with regard to your query, recently the Telangana Government had waived off the 25% of weightage for the Intermediate marks scored by the students. Therefore, no need to worry regarding that. The cutoffs generally vary from one year to another. However, basing upon the score in the EAMCET exam, your rank might be between 50k to 60k.

Most of the B.tech colleges in south side prefer to give admission either by their own state examinations like AP eamcet or through national level examination but here is a list of some of the colleges which gives admission through ipe marks-
