I assume you are talking about getting admission into BITS through IPE marks. But  you can't get admission directly through IPE marks unless you are a board topper as there are only 3 ways to get  admission in BITS:

1)Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT)

As you have a good percentage from ipe you can get a seat in Sastra University, Thanjavur. But Predicting branch is not possible as the cutoff varies every year. Usually, 75%of ipe and 25% of jee are considered in making a rank prediction for sastra University.
