It depends on the university, your rank, category, preferences of branch and the cut off. You have not mentioned your rank, category and the course it is difficult to predict without knowing this information. The cut off changes with respect to category of the candidate and it is different

Here you didn't mention your group subject score.If your group score is 540 out of 600.IPE score - 540/600×25=22.5

Ap eamcet score- 66/160×75=30.9.

Combined score = 22.5+30.9=53.4

Nowadays lot of state has also included JEE marks in their state counselling process.IPE is for only getting seats in Andra Pradesh.
