You didn't mentioned your state to predict your college .As you got 43 marks in eamcet and 920 marks in ipe and also based on your category you may get seat in colleges like:

The EAMCET results for candidates with supplementary in IPE will be declared shortly even if they got passed due to covid. The results are not yet declared that's why you are not able to check your results. Please wait until they are declared. Keep an eye on updates.
