Hi aspirant,
You belong to OBC category and have obtained 59,000 OBC category rank. With such a high rank it would be very tough for you to get admission in NIT. You might get some lower IIITs. Better you can apply in state counselling for getting admission in state government engineering colleges in states like Haryana, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh et cetra. You can predict your college and branch based on this rank by using our college predictor tool by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope it helps you.
Hello there, you should you with IIIT Pune. There are many reasons. First in India government college tab is important believe it or not so IIIT tag will surely help you in many fields whether in placement or higher studies. (It's a bitter truth but this tag is important and VIT doesn't have this tag).
Second, fees- IIIT Pune fees is much less than that of VIT.
Third overcrowding in VIT they have more than 500 students in the same branch. But this is not the case with IIIT
But it totally depends on you that which college you want.
Good luck!!
Hello!!
Hope you are doing great!!!

Hello,
Your expected rank will be around 60917 and the formula to calculate it is (100-your total percentile)*869010/100
In January session 869010 candidates appeared in JEE Main. Your rank based on category will be in between 16000-18000. It is not mentioned if you belong to OBC-NCL or OBC-CL, if you belong to OBC-CL then you will come under general category. In 2019 the cut off in round 7 for IIIT, Pune for CSE was 9799. This is for OBC-NCL category and for general category it was 23660. Considering this you may get seat whether you belong to OBC-NCL or OBC-CL. However, cut off changes depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.

Hey Mohan
With rank formula ((100-Your percentile)*869010/100), your General rank with 92.99 percentile comes out to be around AIR 61,000. Last year cutoff was:
Analysing your rank to OBC category, sorry but it would be difficult for you to take admission in CSE at IIIT Pune. You may give your best in July attempt and increase your score.
Note: This data is on the basis of previous year record and may change in the upcoming sessions depending upon cutoff and number of candidates appearing. For further doubts, visit; IIIT Pune
The infrastructure is good.it consists of an academic block, hostel for both girls and boys, canteen and a research centre.hostel rooms are big and clean.campus is provided with wifi and in hostel we have lan connections.
the infrastructure of our college is very good. Wi-Fi is provided in the academic block and hostel. It has a separate library in the academic block. Canteen and mess are available. The quality of the food is not good. Medical facilities are provided. Sports are not given much importance.
The infrastructure is pretty good as compared to the other colleges nearby. Being a private college, everything is maintained well, like classrooms, campus, and also playgrounds. The hostel rooms have lan connection hot water etc .
