Hi Ashutosh,
Congratulations on the JEE mains score, but I am sorry say that you are not eligible to take an admission in any IIITs or NITs, because as rules put down by the authorities says, a candidate is eligible to sit for counselling of JOSAA if he has a minimum of 75% in 12th and have qualified JEE mains.
As we can see that your 12th percentage is very much less than 75% so you won't be allowed to sit for JOSAA counselling which provides all the NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

As per your jee mains rank you can not get nit Surat as previous year closing rank of nit Surat was 30k for outer state students. If you are from surat you can get applied mathematics. In special rounds.
You can get electronics in iiit pune as the closing rank last year was around 51k.
You can have a look at the college predictor as well.

Hey loukik.
See in my point of view u should be going for IIIT PUNE as it is one of the good govt engineering college to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. Manipal and VIT that too Chennai campus is not a good option in front of the IIIT as they are private Institution and also are not sure about ur good future as these govt colleges are.

as per your rank obtained in jee mains 2019 so for you IIIT pune is difficult because last year closing rank for IIIT pune was 22427 for CSE and 32589 for ECE respectively. Also it is difficult to get seat in any average NIT's and IIIT's. Generally minimum rank required for NIT's under obc category is 16000 respectively.

Sorry to say but with this score you can't get any IIT or nit or iiit. You can get only private universities. Your possible college are listed below.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is good.it consists of an academic block,hostel for both girls and boys,canteen and a research centre.hostel rooms are big and clean.campus is provided with wifi and in hostel we have lan connections.

College Infrastructure
the infrastructure of our college is very good. Wi-Fi is provided in the academic block and hostel. It has a separate library in the academic block. Canteen and mess are available. The quality of the food is not good. Medical facilities are provided. Sports are not given much importance.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is pretty good as compared to the other colleges nearby. Being a private college, everything is maintained well, like classrooms, campus, and also playgrounds. The hostel rooms have lan connection hot water etc .
