No, You cannot apply like that. If you are studying in JNTU that doesn’t mean you can attend any of the JNTU branch for placements. If it is a pool drive, If the university allows outside students to participate in the placement then you can attend for that particular placement. Else you cannot as however you want. However the placements at JNTU Karimnagar are also best. You need to mention your category. As you didn't mention I'm considering you as general category you won't get a seat in JNTU, kondagattu because you need to get below 10 k.
If you belongs to school/st you will secure a seat

As you rank is 18 k you will get a seat in JNTU, karimnagar if you don't belongs to bc-b and oc, since the closing rank for these categories is below 10k otherwise you will get a seat

My college has decent infrastructure with classrooms labs and a library. Hostels and Wi-Fi facilities exist but maintenance is not consistent and sports facilities are quite limited.And the food is hygienic in hostel.
My college has decent infrastructure with spacious classrooms, library, and basic labs, hostels and WiFi exist, but maintenance is poor and facilities are not regularly updated. And my hostel food is not so hygienic.
The infrastructure in my college is not up to the mark. Many classrooms and labs feels outdated and the hostel facilities are average. Wi-Fi is limited and sometimes doesn’t work properly. Sports facilities are also very basic compared to other colleges.
