LBRCE Mylavaram Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

LBRCE infrastructure provides well-designed and fully furnished hostels to the male students at the institute. The boys hostels have accommodation capabilities for about 300 students and modern equipment and LBRCE facilities are provided to them such as solar water heating systems, a modern kitchen & a dining hall, also a recreation room for watching TV or reading newspapers and magazines.

The hostels for female students are located approximately 1 km away from the LBRCE campus and two buses are provided for the everyday commute of the female students accommodating in hostels. Girls hostels are provided with all the LBRCE facilities as the boys hostels. They also have access to indoor games and sports facilities like badminton, caroms, dart boards, chequers, table tennis and more.

LBRCE infrastructure includes a dispensary that provides immediate medical attention to its students, faculty members and staff. LBRCE facilities provided in the dispensary include one full-time medical officer and two part-time doctors, an electronic BP apparatus with a pulse reader, a silicone stand, medicines, dressing materials, and more. There is an ambulance service available as well to the two of the nearby hospitals of the LBRCE campus.

Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram provides gym facilities for both students on the campus. The gymnasium also provides a  trainer to guide the students.

The institute has a well-stocked central library which can be accessed digitally as well. LBRCE facilities in the library provide a huge collection of books with volumes, titles, back volumes, and project reports. Apart from these physical copies, the library also provides CD-ROMs, e-journals, e-books and journals & magazines which can be accessed through computer systems available in the central library on the LBRCE campus.

Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram has various indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students on the campus.  Indoor and outdoor sports like carrom, table tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, kabaddi, football, ball badminton, cricket nets, kho-kho, throwball, volleyball, badminton etc are available at the college.

LBRCE Mylavaram has a well-maintained IT infrastructure. The computer labs of the college are equipped with the latest computing facilities.

LBRCE Mylavaram has a cafeteria for boys, girls and staff. It can accommodate 200 boys and 200 girls, as well as 100 staff members. The cafeteria serves a variety of continental and Indian dishes. Cool water with Aqua Guards for drinking is available in the LBRCE Mylavaram cafeteria.

Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram has a well-maintained auditorium equipped with air-conditioners and audio-video systems. The LBRCE Mylavaram auditorium serves the purpose of seminars, meetings, national and international conferences, etc.

LBRCE facilities include transportation services provided to the students and staff who live farther away from the LBRCE campus to make their everyday commute easier by transportation accessibility. There are a total of 31 buses that run from places like Vijayawada, Tiruvuru, Madhira, Vissannapeta, Nuzvid, Gannavaram and Nandigama and many other areas to the LBRCE Mylavaram.

The college has Alumni Association.

Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram is a Wi-Fi enabled campus and it provides free internet facilities to the students and faculty members.

LBRCE Mylavaram has departmental laboratories. The laboratories are equipped with modern instruments and apparatus to help the students in practicals.

There is a branch of the Central Bank of India on the LBRCE campus which provides facilities like modern banking services to the students, faculty members and staff.

LBRCE Mylavaram facilities also include a guest house/waiting room for faculty and student family members visiting the college campus.
