The campus is kept quite clean, but it looks a bit smaller than the college average. The Wi-Fi connection is extremely slow and at most times, the speed does not reach the given bandwidth. The library is good and contains all the necessary books but the hostel facilities are a bit disappointing.
Communication gaps are resulting in different kinds of confusion for students. Curriculum is according to the standard B.Tech pattern which is okay but the college is not giving much exposure to the industry. The semester exam is quite uncertain, but if you have prepared 40% of the syllabus well, I suppose you can pass it somehow.
Only a few students are able to get a decent job, and it is noticed that the firms recruiting are usually small, local companies with the offered salary varying between 2 LPA and 3 LPA. The placement cell is working, but the number of opportunities for IT students is so low that we are mostly dependent on off-campus drives and further studies for our career development.
The infrastructure of MIET is suitable for MBA students. In the campus, there are Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms with projectors, and a library with good maintenance. Computer labs exist but sometimes they are not completely updated.
The MBA curriculum is good, but it mostly consists of theory, with very little practical exposure. The exams are not very difficult, and the passing rate is approximately 30–35%. Teachers do it in a way that students are industry-ready but the placement support doesn’t go hand in hand with the academic effort.
About 50–55% of the students get placements every year. The maximum salary for my batch was 9 lakh per annum, while the minimum was around 2.5–3 lakh per annum. Rs 4.5 lakh per annum is the approximate average package offered. Byju’s, Kotak Securities, Decathlon, PolicyBazaar, etc., have come on board for the campus recruitment drive.
The MBA building is equipped with great facilities such as air-conditioned classrooms, projectors, and Wi-Fi. The computer labs are modern and the library has lots of management books, journals, and online resources.
Master's give examples of theory and everyday business using the case of a recent company. The syllabus is quite relevant and is updated according to the industry requirements. The exams will not be too hard if you have been studying regularly.
The placement scenario at MIET for MBA program is absolutely encouraging. The placement cell along with all the coordinators is very proactive and, they keep updating us since the very first semester. According to the information given by the seniors of the 2023–25 batch, 90% of the students got placement. Average package was around 7–8 LPA, whereas the highest was 22 LPA.
Everything necessary for a student is almost there in a campus which is really big in terms of space. Classrooms are digital and properly maintained, and the library has a nice collection of books. Sports facilities are available too
Some teachers' method of instruction can be improved as they sometimes do not explain a topic clearly while they rush through it. The course is relevant to the industry's demands, but there are still some outdated subjects.
In the CSE department, the placement scenario is just okay and the highest packages do not come close to paranormous packages of other top colleges. The average package usually ranges between 3.5 and 4.5 LPA, and the highest is around 8-9 LPA for some individuals.
The classrooms are full-size, clean, and supported with technology boards for interactive learning. Every corner of the campus is enabled with Wi-Fi, and computer labs have the latest equipment. The hostel and canteen also offer good services with clean food and hygienic facilities.
The members of the faculty at MIET are very supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable. Most of them do not only have academic mastery but also have industry experience, which they make use of in giving examples that are theoretically and practically in line.
Last year, one of the students was able to secure a salary of about 18 LPA which was one of the highlights of the event. Normally students get offers of around 6-7 LPA, and many of them get jobs in good companies that are from different sectors such as finance, marketing, data analytics, and consulting.
The college campus has all the necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi, labs, library, sports ground, and canteen. ECE labs are equipped and functional with most of the required instruments though some of the instruments are a bit old. The condition of the infrastructure is just okay but it is not quite modern when compared to other newer institutes.

Firms from sectors like telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, and the IT industry came to the campus for recruitment.
IIM Indore is located on a hill with lush green surroundings and has a lovely atmosphere. The facilities is well equipped , including digital classrooms, a vast library, and auditoriums. Besides this, there are also Wi-Fi and technology labs, such as finance and analytics, for students and separate hostels.
The faculty at IIM Indore is a highly experienced team, deeply involved in research, and always willing to help. The majority of them have been trained at top Indian and foreign institutes, and their teaching method definitely gives the students a better idea of difficult concepts.
The average salary package is usually more than 25–30 LPA, and the highest packages for international roles are often over 1 crore. The likes of Deloitte, BCG, McKinsey, PwC, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, and Hindustan Unilever are some of the major recruiters who visit the campus regularly.
The labs are equipped with machines and other apparatus which are quite expensive and are maintained regularly. The college provides the Wi-Fi facility and has a neat and spacious digital library and seminar halls. There are hostel facilities for boys and girls which are taken care of properly.
The enthusiasm for learning is always rewarded by the faculty who are helpful and easy to reach. Most teachers are professionals and they do so through theory and practice. The teaching style ensures that the course becomes understandable and the students feel safe and have the support inside the campus.
MIET has average placements for Mechanical Engineering. While a fair number of students successfully got jobs, others were compelled to hunt for it outside the campus. However, the college does not leave students on their own. It cops the skills in the students, guides them, and encourages them even if they get rejected at interviews.
MBA students have access to digital classrooms, a resourceful library, computer labs, and seminar halls. The atmosphere of the college is full of energy and regular events such as management fests, sports competitions, and cultural programs keep the campus happening.
The faculty works on the principle of making the course curriculum as practical as possible so that the MBA program is relevant to the industry and hence valuable for the students. All in all, MIET is one of the premier institutes of the area that provide quality assurance in MBA education.
About 80–90% of our batch got placed in companies with a good reputation. The average salary package is ranging between 5 LPA to 6 LPA, while the maximum package has crossed 10 LPA. Several companies representing the FMCG, finance, consulting, and IT services sectors are recruiting on the campus regularly.
Classrooms are quite good and fully equipped with all the necessary things for the lectures. Library happens to be the gem of the college with the availability of books, journals, and digital resources. There are computer labs for students, but the Wi-Fi on campus is not always very reliable.
Teachers have all the qualifications, full with experience, and very cooperative. They not only provide the study material but also train the students for placements and future career. Semester exams contain medium-level difficulty and with regular preparation and teacher support, students can pass them easily.
Among the packages offered, the highest salary was nearly 14 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA, and the average was between 6.5 and 7.5 LPA. The most significant recruiters were the major companies from the sectors of FMCG, consulting, banking, and IT services.
