College Infrastructure is good but could be improved. The college buses are worth the cost for transport fees . New buses were bought in recent years. There was a Large Open Auditorium and the Ground of the college was one of the biggest in our Chennai.
Faculties are well experienced and academic wise the college is the best. All over the 8 semesters we got full support from the Faculties. We got a chance to learn a lot even from the Lab assistants . They were well experienced and provide you complete guidance and KT in our subjects .
Placement is Excellent when compared to other colleges. The placement department is doing a great job in recent years. In my Batch we got 100% placement in Academic year 2022 for EEE department.Special thanks to Mr.Nivas Kumaar sir for his guidance and support throughout the Year in Placing us in various Top MNCs.
Worth the cost we pay. There was no capitation no donation.
Pleasant and Good
College has a decent infrastructure with all basic facilities and campus was well maintained. Has a clean dinning seperately for men and women. All the washrooms are cleanly maintained and has a drinking water facility.
Great in terms of academics especially in the AI&DS department. Will give more importance to the practical way of learning and get hands on experience with the projects. It helped me to gain lots of k knowledge which helped me to crack placements.
Placements are great in this college. I also had a chance to give interviews for greater companies like Prodapt, EmbedUR, Lennox, Infinite, Ltimindtree, Hexaware etc. and I got two offers from Infinite amd ltimindtree. Placements are very good and more than 30+ companies were came along for 25 batch and still going on.
I think this is the best affordable college to complete the engineering degree with great teaching and placements. There is no capitation and donation which helps a lot of students from economically weaker background to achieve thier dream without putting high financial burdens.
Campus life is good , various sports events will be conducted yearly and has a big ground as well as two basket ball courts. Food will be very hygienic with better quality and taste(Veg. Only). High importance is given to the discipline here.
Overall this is a great college to complete your engineering with affordable price with good teaching and better placements.
The college infrastructure is decent but could benefit from modernization. While classrooms and lab facilities are adequately maintained, some departments lack cutting edge equipment. The libraries are well stocked and campus is clean but more recreational spaces and updated amenities would improve the overall student experience.
Academic environment is structured and student focused. Faculty members of my department were knowledgeable and approachable with many encouraging students to engage in projects. The curriculum provides basic introduction about the topics and offers a decent foundation to the subject but lacks in depth knowledge and grasp.
Placement opportunities are fairly good, especially for CSE, IT and ADS branches. Reputed companies visit the campus and good number of students secured jobs with the decent package. The placement officer was approachable and was able to bring companies even when the market was dull.
The college provides good values for the tuition fee charged. Given the quality of academics, placement support and overall exposure students get a decent return on the investment. Scholarships and fee concession are also available for the students abundantly.
The campus life was satisfactory but leans more towards academics than extra-curriculars. There are some students club and annual events but the cultural and sports activities could be more diverse and frequent.
Average infrastructure. There is nothing in the college that is smart, everything is old school. Classrooms are fine , and college ground is huge, but i had 0 change to play in it. College is full of trees.
Teaching is very poor, and teachers lack knowledge in their subjects. Very few teachers are knowledgeable, and they provide you awesome notes for semester preparation . As this is anna University Affiliated College , the syllabus is outdated .
I never expected to be placed in this kind of tier-3 college,we got around 20 companies for placement, and 7 companies provided good offers, and others were less compared to current standard.Special thanks to our placement head Mr.Nivaskumaar
I'm first graduate and came in counseling, so i just paid 37k per year, which is worth for me
Zero campus activity, no ragging, everyone just look at their phone all the time, so no fights as well
The college has an average infrastructure, though it satisfies the basic requirements, there is a lot of scope for improvisation. The living places are tidy enough and good to live, and the food is hygienic for a person with normal immune system. The food provided is 70% of balanced diet.
Most of the facilities do a good job in teaching, they are friendly and approachable. The management aims at improving knowledge and it supports the students in any kind of academic development like, courses, technical contests, and internships. A fair number of IVs are conducted for majority of the department.
The placements were good in near past, but due to the current trend in engineering, the placement are slightly lesser than before. The placements are majorly from IT companies and only a very few core companies hire from our college. Opportunities for a bright kick start in the career can be assured if a student properly pursues the degree with required skill set. Placement trainings are also being provided in order to ensure that students utilise their full potential in interviews.
