Modern Engineering and Management Studies offers programmes in the streams of engineering and management. The candidates must have a minimum eligibility criteria for MEMS Balasore courses. The college offers BTech at the UG level and MBA at the PG level. For the BTech programme, the candidates must have passed class 12th.
For MEMS Balasore courses at the PG level, the candidates must have passed the bachelors degree from a recognised university/college. Modern Engineering and Management Studies offers courses in the fulltime study mode only. Modern Engineering and Management Studies fee structure for MBA is Rs 1,10,000.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of our college looks good. It situated right off the national highway. It has separate civil lab with separate structural and surveying equipment but maintainance is highly inconsistent .clasroom are spacious but need to be air conditioning.hostel are basic cleanliness and water system is good.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure was overally good. college provides hostel facilities for students from distant places. Our hostels have common rooms where students can relax, socialize, or engage in recreational activities.
My college does not worth my money.
