Modern Engineering and Management Studies provides ample facilities for hostel accommodation for boys. There are separate boys hostels, one within the campus and one outside the campus. The college has a Gym facility for the students. MEMS Balasore gym is equipped with basic equipment to encourage students to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The college central Library of Modern Engineering and Management Studies has a vast collection of over 21,000 information resources that include technical and general volumes, ready references, encyclopedias, theses, magazines, CD-ROMs, and newspapers. MEMS Balasore resources are upgraded every year, and subscriptions are renewed for technical journals of national and international acclaim. Reading Materials have been shelved very conveniently for ease of reference. 

Modern Engineering and Management Studies sports center functions to ensure the needs of sports activities the departments in the educational complex. A large playground on the campus is well equipped for cricket, football, volleyball, and other Indian games. MEMS Balasore sports facilities consist of the squash court, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Swimming pool, gymnastics, and various other Indoor games.

The college has 24 hours of 10 MBPS broadband connectivity. The departments are networked with LAN/WAN, connecting all the labs, staff rooms, and libraries. The network operation center is equipped with two IBM servers and hosts for different software. MEMS Balasore facility provides more than 410 computers with the latest configuration in all the labs. 

Modern Engineering and Management Studies student canteen provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the students staying in the hostels and day scholars as per their requirements. It also serves Chinese food as well as Oriya and Bengali cuisine. MEMS Balasore cafeteria facility provides dry snacks, soft drinks, Tea, and Coffee. The prices, hygiene, quality ,and other services provided by the canteen managers in these canteens are constantly monitored by the canteen committee of Modern Engineering and Management Studies.

The college has one conference hall and one seminar hall equipped with audiovisual, multimedia facilities designed for conducting seminars, workshops, orientation programs, etc. at the institute level for the continuous development of students and faculty. They are well equipped to make each seminar very professional and crisp. Experts from different fields are invited to address and enlighten the students with their knowledge and experience.

Modern Engineering and Management Studies has its own fleet of 10 buses which cater to the transport needs of students, staff, and visiting faculty as well as guests, and provide links from campus to Balasore, Bhadrak, and Soro.
