Placements

Placement opportunities are average. A few students get placed in reputed companies like TCS, Capgemini, and Wipro, but most offers come with basic salary packages. The placement cell does try, but more efforts are needed to bring in core companies, especially for non-CS branches.

The college is extremely poor at placement. Only a handful of students from CS/IT branches get placed, and that too in mass recruiters offering low salary packages. Core branches like Mechanical and Civil have almost no placement opportunities. The college's placement cell is not proactive, and students have to rely on off-campus drives for any decent.

My college is improving steadily. While top companies do visit, most opportunities are from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. For core branches, placements can be a bit challenging, but with effort and skills, it’s manageable. The Training and Placement Cell is active and supportive in preparing students for interviews.
