The hostels provide reasonable levels of comfort, hygienic food, recreation facilities and an environment conducive for the pursuit of academic and all-round development. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light. Each hostel has its separate mess with well-equipped kitchens and dining area providing hygienic, nutritious and wholesome meals. Hostels have gymnasium as well as indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The hostels also have a TV room for recreation. Hostels are also equipped with electric geysers for Hot water in winters. Laundry Service is also available in hostels. The hostel mess is equipped with modern appliances that serve pure vegetarian, nutritious and hygienic food. The wardens reside in the hostel campus and look after the students. We are deeply concerned about the safety and security of our students - the hostels have round the clock security and students are expected to abide by the hostel rules.

A small dispensary housed in the campus with all necessary requirements caters to the medical needs and emergency services. First aid medical facility is available round the clock. The renowned doctors from the city are on the panel of college doctors who may be contacted any time on need. A vehicle with a driver is all time available in the college campus for this purpose.

The central library of NIAE is stocked with thousands of books written by prominent authors on the various subject. To encourage research activities and advanced reading, our libraries have memberships of many e-journals and databases. This gives access to articles, books, and reference material online. The intake of books is a regular feature in the library and no important title related to the courses of study is missed. In addition to the course books general books for personality development, general knowledge handbooks, yearbooks, reference books etc. are also added to the collections. The library subscribes to national and international subject journals, magazines of current interest along with national and regional dailies to keep the students abreast with the day to day happenings in the world and their fields of study. The library is tastefully furnished and it can seat approximately 150 students at a time in its spacious reading halls. The serene atmosphere in the library with rows of neatly stacked books plays a major role in attracting the students to the library for study and supplementing their class notes.

The NIAE has spacious Cafeteria which provides nutritious and hygienic snacks and beverage at nominal charges to students, faculty and visitors alike. The Cafeteria in the college is the hub of each of student activities.

The NICE campus is well equipped with High-Speed Internet Connectivity and has a strong backbone of dedicated OFC link throughout the campus including the hostels so that the students can surf the Web, enhance their knowledge and use the e-information.
