I got 611 in neet 2019,general category, domicile of bihar, can i get pmch

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in patna medical  college and hospital in bihar through state quota .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
