Wi-Fi is not available, and network coverage isn't available in a few sections of the college. The library is designed excellently to give students the best experience. It has all the books related to the syllabus and a proper seating area. Classrooms and labs are well-equipped with the required materials.
Some teachers are highly knowledgeable in their field. They teach in very easy language so that students can grasp it easily. But few teachers only teach in Marathi, and as a non-Marathi-speaking student, it is hard to understand for me. That particular subject gets weak due to a lack of understanding.
Currently, all placements given to seniors are satisfactory for a middle-class student. But it could be better. Currently, the top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, and Infosys. The average package given is around Rs. 4–5 lakh. The highest package is INR 6 lakh, and the lowest is INR 1 lakh.
Infrastructure of college good, Wi-Fi is available in the computer lab and library. For college students virtual library is provided on its official website. Hostel facility is good with gym and morning meals. Hostel mess and canteen food quality is good. I like hostel gym the most.
Teachers tried their best to placed you in atleast one company. Proper aptitude and programming training get done by college for not IT branch students. Course curriculum is relevant to industrial requirements. It makes students industry ready. End semester exams are difficult to pass.
Almost 70-80% students got placed in TCS, infosys, Capgemini, etc. Average package is 3.6LPA. I personally got placed in TCS as a Assistant system engineer. In our batch 15% students got internship in startups. Top role offered is Software Developer Engineer.
The Overall infrastructure in this college is great, the Labs and classrooms are well-equipped and have good Wi-Fi, the sports facilities here are also good, as compared to private colleges the Sports facilities are not that good but they are okay to do with.
The faculty members here are well qualified, the curriculum here is great all teachers here are done with their Masters, PhD's and are among the best in their fields, the semester exams here are difficult to crack but well that depends on student to student if you are smart and study daily then exams shouldn't be a problem for you.
The placement here is good and a large number of companies visit this college every year for recruitment. The internship offered here are also great. The average placement offered was around 8 LPA and the highest package offered was around 10- 15 LPA. The placements are good .
Wi-Fi is very good. Laundry facilities and other food facilities are good. Comparatively, it's a better college. Sports facilities are decent. The best thing is we only have a single ground for both football and cricket which is a little bit difficult.
Semester exams are simply cool and everyone can easily attempt them if they attend their classes regularly. Course curriculum for every branch is simply decent and also includes every subject of the semester with respect to their credit. Overall fee may be a bit high.
According to the statistics, more than 80% of students got placed on various companies. Also recently a 3rd year student got a internships of 2 Lakh per month in a good company. Placements are decent also good if you are skilled. College provides decent placement facilities.
Classroom infrastructure was good and well-designed. Library was good with plenty of books. Labs were average. There was lack of proper equipment. Sports/games facilities were good on campus, and tournaments were conducted regularly. Campus good for walking and relaxing. Hostel was not that bad to live if maintained well. But there was a separate well-built hostel for meritorious students if they opt to live there.
Some of the faculty members were good but some were average. Teachers were qualified and helpful for sure but lacked a bit of quality teaching and engaging students well. Course curriculum for my batch was quite irrelevant for the first 2 years, and students had to purely rely on self-efforts to be industry-ready
For computer engineering branch batch 2024, 98% of the students got placed with 60% for internships as well. The highest package was 15 LPA. The lowest salary was 6 LPA. The average salary was around 8.5 LPA - 9 LPA. The top recruiters were Oracle and Siemens (both 11 LPA) where 30% of the students were placed, and Dell (8.5 LPA).
I am not going to say much about infrastructure because there isn't much to talk about it, but there are labs for every subject required for the course, and all are functioning, just not very modern. The infrastructure in hostels is quite bad, and it may become a problem for new students.
Faculty members are decent; some are good, some are bad, but average experience is good. The curriculum is almost the same as other colleges, so there's no difference in that. The exams are a little tough here, and the exam environment is very strict and disciplined.
Placements are decent; this college is known this much for its placement only, as the number of people placed for the number of people applied for placement is very high. But the highest salary only goes around 25 Lacs, the average is around 10 Lacs, and the majority gets placed in lower packages.
The hostel provides three-seater and four-seater rooms, with the possibility of single rooms for students maintaining a CGPA above 8.0 from the second year onward. While the hostels are generally clean, some students express concerns about the age of the buildings and the quality of the mess food.
Faculty members are very good at teaching. They conduct quizzes and also give assignments to students so that they can perform well in the future. The vibe is modern, practical, and driven. You’ll be surrounded by people who are curious, motivated, and ready to build cool stuff. If you're into tech and want to learn by doing, while being guided by faculty who care,
Placements at IIIT Bhubaneswar are quite good, especially for Computer Science and ECE students. Big names like TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, and even Amazon visit the campus, with average packages around 6-7 LPA and top offers going above 20 LPA. The placement cell is supportive, but students need to put in their own effort with coding, internships, and projects. Non-CS branches also get placed, though they might need to explore IT roles or off-campus options.
The total campus size is spread over 23 acres. There is an academic building including a library, conference hall, and an auditorium. The campus has a canteen for snacks. Every 2 to 3 weeks, a doctor from SUM Hospital visits for a checkup. Also, there is a football ground in which cricket matches are organised.
Faculty members at the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar, are very skilled. They teach us in a very easy and understandable manner. Faculty members are very friendly. Teachers are supportive and interactive. They help students to grow into a better person. They encourage students to participate in every competition.
Up to 70% of students have been placed in the past few years. The highest package is 25 LPA. The average salary package is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Zscaler, Informatica, Oracle, Veritas, Media. net, Publicis Sapient, IBM, Siemens Healthcare, Amazon, Cognizant, and Capgemini. Around 60% of students got internships.
In SRKR infrastructure is average as it is old college many of the buildings are under remodeling and new buildings are also being constructed it might improve in the future it has cateen and play area and play area is very good It has even tennis ground too
It offers strong academics, especially in CSE, IT, and ECE. The syllabus is updated regularly and aligns with the industries. It also conducts various hackathons and seminars and lot for knowledge improvement too
Placements are good for CSE, various companies like Infosys, accenture, etc.. are also hiring from our campus amazon is the big top MNC visiter of our campus and provide 40+ LPA for some students placements are good
The fee is reasonable for what you get. Especially if you're from AP and looking for a Tier-2 college with consistent performance, SRKR gives you good returns in terms of education and placement.
Clubs, tech fests, and cultural events make the experience fun. There's a good student crowd, mostly from AP and nearby states. Life is peaceful here, not too urban, but not boring either. You'll enjoy it if you take part in events and clubs.
Infrastructure is average as compared to universities but it is one of the best college in this locality as per infrastructure , playing ground is not larger.and we see a lake in the back of college which also college property .most of the student take selfies when they went to that place.
Academics are good in my college , lecturers are experienced and most them are assistant professor, but their teachings way is good, after joining in this college anybody can't feel regret about academics.
Placements are very nice,I want join my brother in this college mostly because of the placements opportunities in this college.management took special care about placements. He encouraged my senior to participate in internships ,which make our resume nice.
I was studying in this college through eamcet.so i don't have to pay fee.but my friend join through management quota.he pay around one lakh to one lakh fifty thousand per year.i
All are friendly here.if we talk good with seniors they also give us good information.i didn't saw any type raggings here from my joining.
hello aspirant,
With the above mentioned rank in AP EAMCET, you have very difficult chances of getting Vishnu Institute of Technology, or SRKR Bhimavaram, as according to the previous year AP EAMCET cutoff, the Cutoff for these colleges lie in the range of around 20K-45K and so it will be difficult to get admission seat in these colleges.
So, I would recommend you to go for some other colleges under this rank.
You can use the below mentioned College predictor tool to know more about your admission chances in other colleges based on your rank : https://www.careers360.com/ap-eamcet-college-predictor
I hope that this will help.
Hello aspirant,
Almost all the students are placed from the campus, 1,000 students. The highest package offered is 11.2 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Hexaware, Modak Analytics, Cognizant, Tudip Technologies, ADP, NTT Data, DXC Technologies, etc.,
The placement statistics of SRKR college this year include nearly 75% of the students got placed until now. A total of more than 1,200 students got placed until now. The highest salary package offered this year was 11.2 LPA by Amazon, and the average salary package offered is 5.6 LPA. Top recruiters here are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture and some product-based companies also. Above mentioned companies offered internships to around 55% of students. Most of the roles offered here are analyst.
Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
It should be simple to get a spot if you get a rank of 1000 or lower. But if you want to join here with the idea of getting good grades, I advise against it. You will have access to everything, including freedom and libraries, but your professors won't do a good job of instructing you, and many of them won't even show up to class. Unless you have a chance to enroll at SVU or JNTU Kakinada, join AU if you have the opportunity to do so.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck
