Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies facilities and infrastructure are provided to the students. Samundra Institute Pune facilities comprise a state-of-the-art infrastructure that includes a 240º field of view full mission bridge simulator, a liquid cargo handling simulator, a tank room with a FRAMO cargo pump, a chemical laboratory, an ECDIS simulator, and an LNG simulator.

Samundra Institute Pune facilities also provide a luxurious guest house, a well-stocked library, a cafeteria, and a sports and recreational centre for the trainees and the staff. Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies Pune aims to provide a holistic and practical learning experience for maritime professionals. The College has a well-stocked library has a massive collection of books, journals, and references related to marine engineering, mechanical engineering, and nautical science.

The College has hostels that provide students with good accommodation for male students separately, with all basic amenities like power backup, clean and mineral water supply, mess, indoor gaming facilities, and more.
Girls Hostel

Cafeteria
The College has courses that can get refreshments in a 40-seat cafeteria during their break time. All the canteen items are available at an affordable price.
Laboratories
The College has a chemical lab inside the tank room where officers who are joining chemical tankers can do Wall Wash Tests. The officers have access to all of the apparatus and Analytical chemicals that they require in order to complete the Wall-Wash test.
Classrooms
The College has classrooms that are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern audio-visual aids. There can be a maximum of 20 students per classroom. Conference rooms and drawing halls can also be used for chart correction classes.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The College has a Guest House located within the campus, and each room has an attached bathroom as well as a common dining and lounge area. In addition to standard lodging and breakfast, the guesthouse offers sports and recreational facilities such as a gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool.
Extra Curricular Activities

College Infrastructure

Yes it is world class infrastructure and facilities.We have a ship-in campus,solar powered hostel,open and closed gym,footbal, volleyball,cricket and lawn tennis grounds.We also have a 50m swimming pool and a library open 24/7. All facilities are regularly used and maintained.The food is very hygienic although it may take some time for you to settle in with the food.The rooms are very well lit and furnished accommodating three people each.Every room having their own bathroom attached.
