Your marks are doesn't matter In any college NRI quota.
instead of you, Your Money Talks...
Still you can meet the administration department directly in the college if they have vacant seat then they can give you at any cost..afterall.they want Money in the end..

What is the cut-off rank in mechanical engineering branch in year 2016-17

The college that you have tagged here does not offer the branch mechanical engineering . So , no question arises for the cutoff .
