If a student apply for upgradation in neet sec. Councelling in state.. And he gets seat.. What will happen to previous seat???

If you get any seed in upgradation then you will have no more right to claim on the last round alloted seat.

Maybe that's it will be allotted to any other able student. During the upgradation process if you been allotted any other seat in the round
