Hello candidate,

In the josaa counselling process a candid gets three options which is to either slide, float, or lock his seat. If you choose the lock option, then it means that you are self satisfied with the allotted seat and you will have to lock the current allotted seat in any round of the counselling process and you will be no longer eligible to take part in further counselling rounds. If you choose the float option then you will temporarily locked the currently alloted seat, but you will be eligible to take part in further counselling rounds with a chance to get a better ranked seat in the subsequent rounds.

Hope you found it helpful. If you have any further queries feel free to post it here!!

Hello,

You can login in once again using the login credentials and accept the seat allotted to you. If you do not accept the seat within the cut off date then the seat will be cancelled automatically and it will be considered in second phase counselling. You will still be eligible to participate in second phase counselling if you cancel the seat or join in the college allotted to you. If you have joined in college allotted to you in first phase and participate in second phase and get a seat allotment in second phase then the seat allotted in first phase will get automatically cancelled. If you do not get seat in second phase counselling then the first seat allotment retains, this is if you have accepted the seat in first phase counselling.

Hi anubhav,

If the fees have been deducted twice from your bank account. Then you need to contact the authorities according to your zone with proofs of transaction. They will get back to you.

https://jeeadv.ac.in/contact.php

If it has only been deducted once and your form has been submitted finally and the process is complete then no need to contact them.

Hope this helps.

Dear,
In order to become a fashion designer one should consider pursuing a bachelor's degree in design. Some popular courses that candidates can pursue in design to become a fashion designer are – BDes, BFTech, BSc in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, etc.

Students who have cleared their Class 12 from any stream (Science/ Commerce/ Arts) can pursue a Fashion Design course at graduation level. However, most popular Design colleges allow  to take part in their admission process only if they have completed their schooling from a recognized board(You need to check that). For Fashion Designing at postgraduate level, students who have completed a Design course at graduation level are preferred for admission.

You can also pursue Fashion Design courses at the PG level like MDes, MFTech, and the likes. While hiring fashion designers, employers usually shortlist applicants who are creative and who possess good technical knowledge of how clothes, accessories, or footwear are produced.

Hope this helps!

Hello

Yes, you are eligible for jee advanced if you meet qualifying cut off percentile. It doesn't matter even if your crl is above 2.5 lakh.

This is because,

It's 2.5 lakh students and not rank

It's a misconception that you need to be in top 2.5 lakh rank to be eligible for jee advanced   rather JEE main qualifying cut off for different categories   is such that only a total of around  2,50,000  students become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced  examination.

So, to be eligible for jee advanced  you need to meet jee main qualifying cut off percentile for your category.

Now,

Minimum percentile in jee main 2021 to qualify it to  be eligible for jee advanced 2021 is given below :-

--------) general :-87.8992241 percentile

--------) EWS:- 66.2214845 percentile

--   ------) OBC-NCL :- 68.0234447 percentile

†*** so if you meet it then  you are definitely eligible for jee advanced .

--------) SC :- 46.8825338 percentile

--------) ST:- 34.6728999 percentile

--------) PH :- 0.0096375 percentile

Hello Jhalak!

Once the cut off is declared, you must determine which colleges' cutoff correspond to your calculated best of four percentage in accordance with the course. After that, you must apply to that college by logging in from your DU portal. Then you will have to do the required payment for that college and keep checking your admission status. Once it has been verified and approved by the college, you are enrolled in that college. You must keep in mind that in every cut off you can apply only once.
