It is known that NBE has released the online application form of NEET PG 2021 at nbe.edu,in on February 23rd so if you want to fill it, fill it before March 15th 2021 which is the las date to apply. Complete application process is described below :-

• Fill the registration form available at ( https://cdn3.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/1815/68635/Index.html ) for obtaining User ID and Password.
• User ID and password will be, sent to you through SMS and Email.
• After getting the USER ID and Password re-login to fill the application form - Personal Details, Qualification Details (MBBS / Primary Medical Qualification details, Internship Details, SMC/MCI Registration Details), Test Center Details.
• Upload a recent passport size photograph (Maximum 80 Kb size, in JPG/JPEG format) and signature (Maximum 80 Kb size, in JPG/JPEG format) signature.
• Choose test city and note that your Test city will only be confirmed after the successful payment of application fee.
• You can make make a payment of application fees in the online mode either through debit/credit card or net banking.
• Now you should take a print out of the filled application form with transaction ID printed on it for future purposes and also you should remember your USER ID and Password otherwise you won't be able to check your result or download your Admit card for examination.

I assume you are asking about jain university, bangalore entrance test. which known as JET, entrance test held for admission tio different ug and pg courses. however dates for form filling is as follows:

The JET-2021 will be conducted in 2 phases in the month of May and June, 2021 (except for B.Tech and B. Des. Programs). Slot Booking for Online Written Test & PI will be open before 7 days  to the scheduled dates. The applicant can take up the online test followed by Personal Interview (PI). currently online form filling is  going on.

In case you do not get call from any of the colleges you have given as your choices, then you can check the cutoff trends in other colleges and based on the score you have got , you can apply separately in those colleges. The eligibility criteria for BEd is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, BEd is only applicable for teaching at school level, there are exams like CTET or state level TETs for which you can appear, secondly in case you're interested at teaching in university level, then complete your MBA and appear for UGC NET, you can apply for JRF in case you wish to pursue PhD or you can also apply for lectureship, BEd isn't mandatory for teaching in university level, you can also earn some experiences in the field of teaching, today there are many such options, what it will do is add weightage to your CV as the experiences which you will have, it will make you acquaint with the teaching world, and also the students, you will get to know the education domain very closely, hence you can try for it, also if you contribute to journals as in research, this also help in getting recruitment for teaching in university level, the level of teaching is definitely different in school compared to college, there are also state level SET exams which you can also appear for, this is also done for recruitment of assistant professor though these are state levels exam, UGC NET is conducted at national level, if you qualify this, then you can apply for job in any college all over India.

Admission in MBBS is through Neet examination
Now,
Neet 2021 eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  one must be either appearing for the class 12th/equivalent examination 2021 or one must have passed 12th/equivalent examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

-) at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

-) at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.

Though your diploma in biomedical engineering is equivalent to 10 + 2 but have you studied physics chemistry biology and English in your biomedical engineering? if you have studied and fulfill the above percentage requirement in PCB as per your category then you are eligible otherwise your not eligible.

Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

To practice in USA you have to

• You can complete USMLE 1 and USMLE 2 from India and then get Visa to complete USMLE 3 (Residency) in the US.
• You can enroll for a Master’s program in the US to get a student Visa. You can prepare for USMLE 3 while completing your Masters. Once you have cleared USMLE Step 3, you can apply for residency in the hospitals.

To become a doctor in USA you have tocomplete Residency in the USA and have the state license. Although residency is a paid program, you would have to invest a minimum of 3 years. Upon completion of residency, you have to apply for a state board license in the state you would like to practice medicine.
