Your question is quite ambiguous but still i try to answer your question ,i assume that you are asking about the course BPA course which is usually of three or four years, for getting admission in this same you might have scored 50%-60% in your 10+2  and students who are having their background in field of arts are most preferred at the time of admission ,percentage criteria may  quite vary for  various colleges.
Skills which mainly  required are teamwork,organization skills, innovative ,observant ,creative and committed

As of now, the last date to fill the CMC Vellore NEET application is March 26th which ends in 2 days. The chances of the last date being revised are uncertain. But what I can do for you in my personal capacity is that if CMC decides to extends the last date, I shall inform you in the comments section so that you would know it. Alternatively also please email to registrar@cmcvellore.ac.in mentioning the situation and request for consideration of an extension. May be that helps.

NTA has already specified in the guidelines that incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected and admit card will not be generated for those who submitted an incomplete application.You will not be allowed to appear in the exam as you will bot receive your admit card.You cannot do anything about that.You may have to appear next year.

After you get your CEED scorecard, I think its best you start checking your college preferences based on your scores and shortlist them. The the most important step is to take care of the last day of application of the colleges.

Even if your CEED score is less than you dream college, I would still recommend you apply for it because you never know about the cut-offs for that year.
