As per the information available, the complete fees for a 4 year course in B.E Civil engineering is 2.83 Lakhs, the total fees for the first year being 75,550 . Although the fees maybe a bit high, several scholarship approved by AICTE are made available to the students such as  a scholarship of 12,400 rupees every month to the non-sponsored GATE qualified students and GPAT qualified students. The students can avail several other scholarship schemes like M.P. Merit scholarship scheme, scholarship for students of the minority community by Minority Commission, Govt of India, new central sector top-class scholarship for ST students, and scholarship for physically handicapped students.

I assuming you as an general category student, According to the cutoff of first round and previous years cutoff if you are having domicile of Madhya pradesh then it is more possible that you can get seat in SGSITS Indore if not having a domicile of Madhya pradesh then it is difficult if general category other students might get seat.

Admission is given on the basis of rank and not on the basis of score. Why ? because many students have same score which will make difficult to choose one out them. for the same reason, tie breaking rules are made.

qualifying cutoff is not known for different branch options. your score is below 50% of total score so better to try for best private engineering college located at Madhya Pradesh.

SGSITS is govt funded college . SGSITS has a private trust of it's own, it is typically more like a govt college. Because of which the college has no management quota.

however, if your friend has got admission in this college via management quota, you can visit the college office and talk to the management , you may have a chance to get admission there.

do not try to get admission with the help of any third party source, you may get robbed

Its campus , friendly environment and most important new city. Fees is lower than other colleges. So there are more new experiences to gain on. Its popularity has started and scale is getting higher. So MITS gwalior is a good option to choose.

Congratulations for getting good rank in JEE mains 2020. As per your rank sorry to say but you have very much low chances of getting admission in this institution for CSE or IT branch. According to last some years cut offs of CSE branch the closing rank for JEE main CRL is between 25000 to 30000 and for IT branch also it is between 35000 to 40000 so you have very less chances of getting into this institution.

As this is the most preferable and famous institution for Engineering in Indore so that the cut offs for this institution are very high. But with this percentile you may get some other decent colleges of Madhya Pradesh.
