The infrastructure of Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, Bhilai is good and student-friendly. The hostel infrastructure is now really good, and the campus environment is positive for students. Laboratories are decent, though classroom cleanliness can improve at times. The sports area also needs further improvement.

I am currently studying Civil Engineering (3rd year) at Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, Bhilai. The faculty members are supportive, and their teaching skills are quite good. However, I feel the curriculum should include more recent developments and practical industry trends. Overall, if a student studies sincerely, the college can definitely make them entry-level job ready.

The quality of placements is decent, although placement opportunities in the Civil Engineering field can be improved further. Students also need to be more actively involved in skill development and preparation. I am not sure about the exact placement percentage or highest package, but the average package is around 4 LPA. The college is supportive, and the placement process is fairly well-managed.

The overall course fee is around ₹82–84k, including exam fees, along with additional academic expenses such as files, practicals, and stationery. I don’t think it is 100% worth it, but if you stay focused, develop your skills, and study sincerely, it can definitely feel 70–80% worth the investment.

The college campus is decent and student-friendly. One of the best parts of campus life is Samvid, the college cultural fest, which is well-organized and enjoyable. Students can engage in many activities through various clubs like NSS, Google Cloud, AWS, E-Cell, and more. The gym is quite good but still needs more attention and improvement. The main drawback is that sports activities are not conducted properly, with major focus mostly on cricket. The campus location is good, and the college can handle emergency situations effectively. Overall, the students, teachers, and staff are supportive and decent, though experiences may vary from person to person.

The college should focus more on practical and industry-based learning. Teachers and staff need regular training to improve teaching quality and professionalism. Sports facilities and campus infrastructure, especially the gym, need improvement and equipment upgrades. Discipline should be stricter, and a proper canteen should reopen soon. More modern skills, workshops, and industry-relevant training programs should also be introduced for students’ overall development.

In our college all type of facilities are available smart classrooms, advanced labs, fully ac halls and auditorium overall infrastructure of college is good. Each of our class has facilities of smart rooms but sometimes some technologies do not work properly.

I am studying in 3rd year and overall quality of teaching of our professors is very good . Iyr college follows old curriculum but our teachers and faculties are trying to shift to new curriculum like tech and codes.

My 4th year seniors are placed but not all of them . Overall placement is average because each student do not get placed here . Honestly many students Don't sit on placements. Last time average salary offer is 7 lpa last year

Our college costs 40 k per total semester total 3 lakh approx for a degree in b.tech. every facility and teaching is good according to a tier 3 college. So overall this college is value for money . Although it can be changed

I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering because I am interested in technology and programming. My college has all the types of facilities all types of classrooms, labs and auditorium etc. We have water, solar and WiFi facilites in college but when the electricity is lost then we are not getting solar connection which seems that it is not working

Academics are good at our college. Processors teaches us good and also college is trying to update the new curriculum for the college new tech labs are available now with new technologies and instead of old languages we are getting to know python language

I am in 3rd year and as far as i know placements are average overall. The highest package of last year was 7lpa and not all of the students are got placed. The ratio is low as per old records and not all student sit at the placements too

I guess overall including academics sports cultural placements etc the college is value for money as it charges around 3 lakhs for btech which is avg for tier 3 colleges. More things can be implemented but overall it is good

I am currently studying B.Tech 2nd semester in the college and teachers teachers quite well good but they follow old curriculum due to which we are unable to find new and updated uses and advanced features of our need oof acquired subjects we have to find them all of our own

Placements are average in our college as there are max to max 3-4 lpa placements in past 5 years. In our college small amount of students are got place and others all got rejected. The highest acquired package of our college is 7.5lpa job at capgemini by our passout senior

Teacher teachers us good but according to the price of each semester I think it is not value for money because at least we should have a good and updated karikulam and some sport facilities to so that we can enjoy our college life

My overall campus life was quite average. Sometimes there was portal issue due to which we were unable to fill the exam form due to which we got many difficulties during our ends semester exams. Teachers are good but some of teachers are very lazy that they do not teach in our classes location of our college is at good place from where under 2 km all the facilities to students are available

Our college infrastructure is quite good and all the basic facilities are available on campus. Different types of labs, classrooms, halls, and seminar halls are properly maintained for students. Wi-Fi facility is also available in the college, and projectors are installed in classrooms, labs, and seminar halls which makes learning more interactive. The canteen and mess facilities are also decent. Hygiene is maintained properly and the campus environment is clean overall. According to me, the college provides a comfortable atmosphere for both academics and other activities.

I am currently pursuing B.Tech in CSE with AI specialization from this college. According to me, the teaching quality of the professors is quite good. Most faculty members are supportive and explain the concepts properly, especially during practical and lab sessions. However, one thing that I personally feel can be improved is the curriculum. The syllabus is not very updated and the college still follows an older curriculum compared to many other colleges that have already adopted newer technologies and industry-oriented subjects. If the curriculum gets updated regularly, it would help students gain better exposure according to current industry requirements.

Since I am currently in second year, I do not have very detailed knowledge about placements yet. But according to seniors and super seniors, placements in the college are average. Not every student gets placed through campus placements, but students who prepare well and have good skills do get opportunities. As per what I have heard, the average package is around 4–5 LPA for many students. There are also some students who do not completely depend on campus placements and instead apply on their own for off-campus opportunities, where some of them get better packages based on their skills and preparation. According to me, the college is value for money considering the facilities and teaching quality it provides. For a tier-3 city college, the academics and campus facilities are quite decent. The college fees are also comparatively reasonable because many other colleges charge much higher fees for similar facilities and education quality. Overall, I feel it is a good option for students who want affordable education along with decent learning opportunities. Overall, I am enjoying my campus life here. The interaction with teachers is good and they are quite supportive and engaging during classes and activities. I have also made good friends here, which makes college life more enjoyable. The college also organizes different activities and events where students can participate and learn new things apart from academics. Because of all these experiences, my campus life has been good so far, and I believe I will continue to enjoy it in the coming years as well.

The college infrastructure is good as there are all possible facilities available like all required labs, classrooms, seminar halls etc all are available. In every classrooms and labs Wi-Fi and smart boards are available even in our canteen Wi-Fi is also available there and our living spaces like canteen and food stalls maintains hygiene.

I am currently enrolled in BTech Computer Science and Technology on domain artificial intelligence and according to the tier 3 college, the quality of teaching is good all professors and staff teach very well in good but this college follows old curriculum like teaching old programing language which wasn't in new NEP. Studying in this college is good but according to our placement and future goals we have to study by ourself only

As I am currently pursuing B.Tech from here, I do not know much about placement but I have heard from our super seniors and passout seniors that placement is about an average of 4 to 5 lpa Where also all the students do not get placements here some of they get placed by themselves only and some of hired by companies.
