The boys hostel has all the facilities for the students. It consists of a well-furnished room with bed, wardrobe, chair, and table. There is a warden present in the hostel who looks over all the needs of the students. Also, there are WiFi connections and CCTV cameras all around the hostel building. 

SCITS Karimnagar facility consists of a girls' hostel, which is near the campus. For safety, it has CCTV cameras all around the hostel. The hostel consists of well-maintained rooms, beds, clean washroom, a common room, a study area and others. The warden is present in the hostel to fulfil all the needs of the students. 

The college encompasses a health center that could provide all the necessary first-aid and medical kits, along with the necessary guidance from a medical assistant. There is a medical team which is present 24x7 for any emergency help. Even all the machines, medicines and equipment are of good quality. 

The college library at present stands as a modern library with a lot of automation and is the largest in terms of the number of books and journals. The library is well furnished and has a good reading area. The students study for exams, read books, and make assignments in the reading area of the library. 

The college has sports facilities for all the students. The college has a huge playground, tennis courts, basketball and badminton courts, a chess room, and other sports facilities for the students. The college also conducts many sports competitions at district, state and national levels. 

SCITS Karimnagar facility consists of an excellent IT infrastructure for the students. Every technology present in the college is advanced and the latest. The computer lab consists of the latest and most up-to-date software. The CCTV camera present in the campus is of good quality. 

The college has canteens located within the campus to cater to faculty, staff, and students at affordable prices. In the cafeteria, students spend their free time because it has a comfortable and student-friendly environment. 

The auditorium is well-maintained with a modern design and is spacious. In the auditorium, many events and programmes are held regularly. Some of the events are seminars, conferences, guest lectures, competitions, workshops and others. 

The college has a transport facility for students and staff. The transport facility consists of bus services that provide pickup and drop-off services from the campus to different locations and vice versa. The college charges a very affordable fee for the transport facility from the students.

The college's motive for the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange a campus visit and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
