SNGIST Ernakulam Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Science and Technology, Ernakulam offers higher education in the stream of Computer Applications, Management and Engineering. The college provides admission in polytechnic diploma, B.Tech, MBA, MCA and MCA-Integrated courses . The admission in SNGIST Ernakulam is carried out as per the Kerala state government rules and admission rules of the institute. SNGIST Ernakulam Application Procedure 

• To apply for admission to the college, the applicant has to appear for entrance exams which are KEAM exam/CAT/CMAT/KMAT/LBS MCA Entrance Examination (conducted by the Kerala Government). 

• The applicant has to register online on the official website of these entrance exams so that they can appear for the same.

• They must download the admit card and appear for the entrance test. 

• The applicant must meet the SNGIST Ernakulam cut-off to seek admission to the desired course. 

• For SNGIST Ernakulam B.Tech admissions, the applicant after appearing for the KEAM exam, will then appear in the counselling process, through which the applicant will be allotted the college. 

• After receiving the allotment letter, the applicant has to make a physical visit to the institute, to finalise their seat and candidature. 

The college offers 3 polytechnic diploma courses, which are Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The duration of the courses is 3 years.

• The candidate must meet the SNGIST Ernakulam diploma eligibility criteria, to apply for admission. 

• The applicant must fill the SNGIST Ernakulam Diploma registration form. 

• Then they must pay the registration fee. 

• The diploma admissions are dependent on merit, so if selected, the applicant needs to report to SNGIST Ernakulam with the necessary documents and pay the college fee, to finalise their admission. 

The college offers admission in various B.Tech programmes, available in total 6 specialisations. The sanctioned seat intake is 63. The duration of the courses is 4 years.

SNGIST Ernakulam B.Tech Admission Procedure

• The candidate must meet the SNGIST Ernakulam B.Tech eligibility criteria, to apply for admission. 

• The candidate needs to appear for the KEAM exam and secure a valid score.

• Then, they need to participate in the counselling process. 

• The applicant must put SNGIST Ernakulam at the top of the choice list. 

• Once SNGIST Ernakulam is allotted, they must download the allotment letter/ order. 

• They must physically report to the college within the stipulated time, to finalise their seat in the SNGIST Ernakulam B.Tech course. 

The college offers admission in the postgraduate course of MBA and MCA degree programmes. They are technical and professional master-level degree courses. The duration of the courses is 2 years. 

SNGIST Ernakulam PG Eligibility Criteria 

SNGIST Ernakulam MBA Admission Procedure

• The candidate must meet the SNGIST Ernakulam MBA eligibility criteria, to apply for admission.

• They must appear for the CAT/CMAT/KMAT entrance examination and secure a valid score.

• Then they must meet the SNGIST Ernakulam cut-off.

• If the applicant meets the cut-off, then they need to physically visit SNGIST Ernakulam and fill out the application form and pay the college fee, to finalise admission. 

SNGIST Ernakulam MCA Admission Procedure

• The candidate must meet the SNGIST Ernakulam MCA eligibility criteria, to apply for admission. 

• They need to appear for the LBS MCA Entrance Examination and secure a valid score.

• Afterwards, if they qualify the test, they need to appear for a group discussion and interview round. 

• The selection will depend on the academic merit, entrance score and the applicant performance in GD and interview. 

• Selected applicants need to report to SNGIST Ernakulam and complete admission formalities.
