As per your issue it is very uncertain to occur . Many people face just the opposite of what you mentioned that is amount is deducted but application is not submitted. Have you checked with your bank as often these process take time. Incase the amount is shown to be deducted then it is ok but if not then I would suggest you to fill it once more or else later on it could get cancelled.

No you can't as AIIMS PG exam is for the MBBS graduates.

In order to answer PG Entrance test in English which is EFLU, you must have good writing skill using English language. This exam is only to test how creatively can a student use English language. The topics are not always the same. Also, keep reading books, newspapers for improving your vocabulary. Refer to previous years question papers which will provide you an overview of how the paper is set and the types of questions asked.

If you have made the payment to the application form, then you cannot make the changes. But if you haven't made the payment yet, you can login to your application and click on  "Edit/Change" option on the Application at the end of every page or section. And if you have made the payment, as mentioned, you cannot make any changes to the application form. And if it is Date of Birth error, because it will effect the merit list, you may have to fill in another application form registering with a Different email id and password. But the FAQ's section clearly mentions that no Candidate can fill more than 1 application. But because your application needs an edit in the Date of Birth section, we would suggest you to reach out to the help desk at the earliest. Please mail them from the Registered email id. Yes, Two additional seats for rural area students and one additional seat for border area students, respectively be created over and above the sanctioned seats in all the under graduate/post graduate courses offered by teaching departments of Panjab University, constituent colleges, regional centres and its affiliated colleges.

The eligibility for rural area students has been defined as those who did matriculation and Class 12 examination from those rural schools which do not fall in the area of the local body.

But this reservation will not be given for law, dental, education and MBBS courses.
