Hello aspirant
You won't be eligible to appear for NEET PG by doing PG in non clinical subjects such as pathology of Karnataka, you may opt for PG in that particular stream or msc, phD. Eligibility for writing neet PG is to have Bachelor's degree in any medical course such as mbbs, BDS, BAMS , BHMS or veterinary ,Ayush
It's great you are aiming for masters. Choosing the correct one mainly depends what you want to pursue for future. MBA is great option if you wish to switch to the management field. Whereas if you have keen interest in technical you can opt for MSc. IT. If you want to pursue MSc. I would suggest to prepare fro IIT JAM and do your masters from a reputed IIT. At last you should pursue your passion and that depends what you want to do in the long run, so choose accordingly

Hello aspirant,
The minimum cutoff marks is usually based on how many candidates qualified more than you to show up. Anyways, if you're in 35-40, you might be sure to get still also at 70-72, you must be good. But if you're preparing thoroughly and giving your efficiency, hard work and dedication, you shouldn't prepare according to the minimum cutoff limit, be you're a UG level or PG level student. Try to qualify more than the minimum cutoff marks so that it will help to increase your chances of getting a PG admission in HCU.
Hope, it helps you.

You didn't mentioned your category. Assuming you are a General candidate , I am giving the answer.
Your score isn't bad. But getting a seat depends on the rank and the cut off percentile. So its predicted that the cut off for CUCET colleges like Rajasthan , Haryana , Punjab etc will be under a score of 38 (approximately). So by that prediction , you have a fair possibility of clearing the cut off but getting a seat is to be decided by the corresponding.
To know more about the expected cut-offs of CUCET 2020 & past year cut-off's of colleges , you can follow this article from career360 by following the link below:

When you are comparing any 2 colleges, you have to check for their Infrastructure, Faculty and Alumni. We have College Comparision tool that might help you: https://www.careers360.com/compare-colleges . But in Medical Colleges, you mostly go by the word of the mouth because unlike in Engineering Colleges, there are no placements. But you can check the OP rate for the associated hospitals of these Colleges. And this tool will not have those details because they are recorded on the official website real time.
