Firstly if you want pursue CA I would suggest MEBA i.e mathematics, economics business studies and accountancy and SEBA (statistics) for easier CA ,CS and CMA exams.

If you want to be a bank official or apply for any government exam then both are good.

As per your query i searched for the cutoff for the pg law college basheerbagh and found that the Open cutoff is 23 and as i can see 697 rank does not fall under the category. Sorry to say but you can not get in pg law college

You have not mentioned whether you have got 697 marks or rank as 697. Therefore, it is difficult to help you.

The cutoff rank for BC-B category for admission to PG College of Law, Hyderabad according to previous years is around 36.
