As per the ruling passed by the supreme court of India 10% of All India Quota seats will be resevered for General-EWS quota. If we include MD, MS and DIPLOMA then the total number of seats for NEET PG 2020 will be approx 28,000. So for EWS quota

Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank, NIMS Jaipur is difficult. You may have decent chances in the following Medical Colleges:

RUHS:Physiology, Anatomy, Bio Chemistry

SMS: Forensic Medicine, Bio Chemistry

Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors
