If this is regarding JNU Entrance exam, the official notification for applications hasn't been released yet. But the official website http://jnu.ac.in/ is where the notification, application form and prospectus will be released and uploaded. Per semester payment means that you have to pay fees every semester individually you need not to pay the whole fees at once. Semester wise you have to pay 30k. I will suggest you to call them and make sure about other expenses like registration charge and all.

Yeah, the infrastructure is average faculty is good.. Laboratories facility is their.. at weekends many fun and sports events are done..the good is hygienic canteen is good.. classrooms are neat and clean
