The syllabus is available on the official website.  Banaras Hindu University has released the admission notification of BHU PET 2020 along with the application form on January 30, 2020. Last date to fill form is before, 29th February 2020. It is an online test with around 120 MCQs,

The proposal is to equalise the no.of MBBS seats to MD/MS seats. In order to that, MCI has realised that it has to potentially increase atleast 10,000 PG seats by the Academic year 2020-21. So, yes bu 2020-21, there might be approximately 10,000 PG seats coming up.
