SVS Group of Institution Warangal has a facility for boys hostel that provides good quality food, a laundry facility, indoor games and a lift. The hostel accommodates 162 boys at its full capacity. 

SVSGOI Warangal provides comfortable accommodation for girls with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and security. The girls' mess is separate from the boys hostel. This hostel accommodates 112 girls in the full capacity.

The college has an advanced library constantly enriched with latest books and journals (national and international). It is well equipped with a modern facility having 1200 ft area for the central library, open access system and seating capacity of 300 people. There is a specialised collection of books, journals and non-book materials for engineering, medical and technology. The collection has over 54818 volumes of books and 6840 titles. 

SVSGOI has a proper sports facility like volleyball ground and shuttle courts for all the students. Students can participate in the intercollege tournaments and events.

The college has amazing facilities in the IT Infrastructure having internet facility with 100 Mbps leased line providing quick access to all the computers. 

There is a departmental-based laboratory facility in the college. SVSGOI Warangal lab facility is not just associated with computer science but there are specific labs for architecture, pharmacy and more.

The college has a medical centre providing all the basic medicines and first aid facilities. In case of emergency, the college has alliances with Kalki hospital in Ghatkesar.
