UCET Guntur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a Gym facility for the students with the latest equipment like 16 Station Multi GYM, Stepper, Jogger, Twister, Abdominal Board, Cycle, Multipurpose Bench, Weightlifting Set (Plates and rods), Dumbbells, etc.

The College provides adequate library facilities for the students and staff. The library is established in over 432.21 Sqm meters with a reading hall that has a seating capacity of approximately 200 students. It works from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. Selected valuable books recommended by the experts in their relevant fields are available in the Reference Hall. The library is fully automated. The issues, returns, and database of books in the library are maintained using EzSchool Software. Three books are issued to a student at a time for 15 days. Five books are issued to staff. The reference Section has Handbooks, Encyclopedias, Journals and magazines, CD-ROM, and several rare books.

The college had demarcated large areas of land for Outdoor games, namely: Cricket, Volleyball, badminton, throwball, tennis, and multi-purpose grounds for softball, Football, and Hockey. The college is provided with Indoor games in an area of nearly 300 Sq.m, which is furnished with accommodating indoor games like Table Tennis, Caroms, Chess, etc., to hone the skills in the respective games as well as to enhance the physical fitness of the students and faculty.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students. C Programming Lab, Data Structures Lab, Advanced-Data Structures Lab, UNIX Programming Lab, Advanced Java & Web Technologies Lab, UML& Design Patterns Lab, etc..

The college has a spacious canteen facility in the college. A variety of South Indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college with the highest quality. The canteen has a big kitchen and kitchen staff take extra care to provide the students and staff with nutritious and hygienic food in the campus canteen. Food items are prepared with RO-treated water. It also provides light refreshments like packed snack items, cakes, and veggies. puff, beverages, etc to the students and staff.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College provides transport facilities to the students from Guntur, Sattenapalli, Mangalagiri, Tulluru, and Narasaraopeta to the College with 24 buses covering all route endpoints in Guntur, Sattenapalli, Mangalagiri, and Narasaraopeta. Buses start in Guntur at 08.00 a.m., from NRT at 07.50 a.m., from Mangalagiri at 7:30 a.m.from Tulluru at 7:30 a.m., and from Sattenapalli at 7:30 a.m., and back from College at 04.10 p.m. Every year, nearly 1300 students utilize the transport facility.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students. The Labs are Engineering Practice Laboratory, Electronic Devices & Circuits Laboratory, Digital Electronics Laboratory, Communication Systems Laboratory, Linear Integrated Circuits Laboratory, Optical Fiber & Microwave Laboratory, etc.
