In order to qualify the TS EAMCET examination, aspirants need to secure a minimum of 25% marks . It means that out of 160 marks , candidates are required to obtain 40 marks to qualify the exam . For securing seat in a good government university you have to try to get more marks.

First of all congratulations on getting a seat in ECE in MECS. MECS ECE is itself a very good branch to study in so do not get disheartened if you do not get your desired branch in JNTUH because it has very high cut off and is very difficult to get admission in. However hope for the best in the second round of counselling.

Hello aspirant, the chances are quite equal to get cse in both the Colleges as you've scored quite appreciable and both of the colleges can give you cse cse set in the the second or third round. So get in touch with both of the universities to know complete details. All the very best

If you want to participate in the second round counselling then you need to pay the registration fee once again and you need to participate in the counselling. As earlier you have already completed the doccument verification. The verification process is not required again. The second round counselling registration fee dates are not yet announced officially by the JNTU Hyderabad. But you can stay updated with the TS Eamcet 2019 counselling dates for second round here:

Yes for your rank you have maximum chances to get admission at Osmania University, Hyderabad. If you belong to OC you still have chances to get Admission but you may get Least preferred branches such as Food processing technology, Chemical Engineering, etc. Anyways for your rank you have maximum chances to get most preferred branches such  CSE, ECE,IT in The below mentioned colleges such as,

If that is the field you want to go for, then yes, you will get the admission, however, you might not be able to get admission in any other field. The cut off changes every year though.
