VIT Bhimavaram Facilities
The campus of Vishnu Institute of Technology (VIT) Bhimavaram is spread over 11 acres of land that provides many infrastructural facilities for the students, staff and faculty members. VIT Bhimavaram facilities include a library that has a collection of books, and magazines. Separate hostels are available for the girls and boys. VITB facilities also include gym and sports facilities for the students.
This helps the VIT Bhimavaram students to participate in some extracurricular activities. Cafeteria, auditorium, medical facilities, laboratories, bank, IT infrastructure are some other Vishnu Institute of Technology Bhimavaram facilities. Students can read the details of VIT Bhimavaram facilities given below:
- Boys Hostel
The institute provides hostel facilities for the boys' students. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available for the students. Rooms have an attached bath, balcony and a common Dining Hall as well as an Audio-Visual Lounge.
- Girls Hostel
Separate accommodation facilities are available for the girls' students. Rooms are available on a double and triple sharing basis.
- Medical/Hospital
The institute provides medical facilities to the students and staff for any illness or emergency. An ambulance is also available inside the premises 24*7.
- Gym
Vishnu Institute of Technology, Bhimavaram has a gym with all the necessary facilities such as treadmills, dumbbells, cycle, etc for the students.
- Library
A library of Vishnu Institute of Technology has a collection of books, national and international journals, textbooks, magazines, etc for the students.
- Sports
The institute provides both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. Volleyball, badminton, table tennis, cricket, basketball, etc are the games that students can play during their leisure time.
- I.T Infrastructure
Vishnu Institute of Technology, Bhimavaram has a well-maintained IT infrastructure that provides internet connectivity to the whole campus.
- Cafeteria
VITB facilities include a canteen inside the campus that serves hygienic food to the students and faculty at a reasonable rate. Evening snacks are also provided to them.

VITB has an air-conditioned auditorium that can be used for any event, seminars, workshops, activities, etc for the students.
- Alumni Associations
The college conducted Alumni Activity from time to time.
- Laboratories
VIT Bhimavaram facilities also include laboratories for students. Laboratories help the students to get some practical knowledge.
- Banks/ATMs
Indian Bank, The State Bank of India and The Lakshmi Vilas Bank and ATM are available inside the campus.
- Physical Challenged Student
VIT Bhimavaram facilities also include facilities for Physically Challenged Students:
1. Easy access to Class Rooms and Laboratories
2. Disabled Friendly washrooms
3. Transportation Facility within the campus (Battery Operated Car)
4. Ambulance and Medical Center
5. Assistive Technology Lab- Students develop innovative projects to support disabled people and distribution of assistive gadgets to disabled people
6. Projects to support Visually challenged persons- E-Coat to identify the obstacles and gives alert in the form of vibration and voice and E- Stick that guides in takingsteps through the staircaseand alerts water on the floor.

8. Projects for elderly and physically challenged people- Home Appliance Control and Smart Belts

College Infrastructure
It has good facilities including smart classes, laboratory, e-library, WiFi, sports complex and well maintained hostels. The facilities are fully utilized for academic and other activities. Food is also good only.

College Infrastructure
The maintenance of the college is too good, the facilities, equipment are good and still they are improving the facilities and infrastructure and all facilities and infrastructure well maintained but the wifi is weak in hostel surroundings except that all good.

The college provided a calm environment where I could concentrate on academics. The computer labs were useful for practical sessions, and the library became my preferred place during exams and project preparation. The campus was maintained well throughout my course.
