All 3 are great colleges to study BBA in (By IP University Standards). They don’t have much separating them. If given the choice, I would opt for them in the following order for BBA :

1. Maharaja Surajmal
2. Maharaja Agrasen
3. VIPS

Agrasen and Surajmal have kind of the same ranking.
