With 4819 rank and a category certificate your chances of securing a seat at VIPS are very high. Admission for general category ends at 2500 rank therefore your chances and very high.

Talking about taking admission in BBA admission then your bot choices are ever green. VIPS established in 2000. It is one of the top ranking colleges in india in terms of BBA cources. Here infrastructure is good, faculty profile is also upto the mark in both colleges. Now

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 15900-17200. There are very less chances of getting into VIPS as they generally require a rank below 3000 in general category and 8000 in reserved category. So you may not stand a chance but you can surely look out
