But whether you will be able to do it or not depends on your category and nativity. If you belong to OBC or SC or ST category then you are more likely to get a seat. According to your rank chances to get admssion depand on various factors ther than rank that is your category and if you are from delhi or outside delhi also for which campus do you want to apply...

also from past trends it would be difficult for general category and outside delhi not possible at all 

also i n which do you want to apply dominates than any other factor past year cutt off for BJMC course are :

hopefully you get it and i recommend you to look up for other institutes too.

You have chosen a very good college. As per your rank, if you belong to the general category, you might not get a seat. But, if you belong to OBC/SC/ST, then there are chances that you can get a seat in the 2nd round or 3rd round.

                Congratulations on your rank.2019 IPU CET cutoffs are not yet released. previous years IPU CET Cutoff for BJMC is as follows

Based on this if you belong to a general category then it is quite difficult to get a seat but remember cutoff changes every year so don't lose hope.

•  GNGND ->   393     First shift( Delhi Region General) 
• Delhi SC-> 4755 

As per the previous year's trend, you won't be getting BJMS at VIPS.

In scoring 3239 rank in IPU CET BBA 2019 you have a strong chances of getting into Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi. As last years cut off for the college was 3659 for domicile of Delhi and 4470 for outside Delhi. so you have chances of getting selected for the further selection process by the college.
