If you want to choose one college between them, so the major cause that is distance should be seen first i.e if you want delhi then remain in IP university and if you can study in long distance then prefer SYMBIOSIS. On study basis you can choose both as both are good colleges for law.

If you are from Delhi and belong to general category  then you might have some chances to get vips as it is affiliated to ipu and has 85% reservation for Delhi student but if you are are from outside Delhi then you won't be able get seat in vips. You can also try through management quota to get seat in vips. I hope this information helps you.

The category, which you belong to, will be very crucial and deciding factor for this. If you are from ST or Physically Handicapped then you can get even University School of Law and Legal Studies.
