It doesnt seem likely. Last year the highest rank was 404. From the looks of it you will be able to secure either maharaja agarsen or jaggan which are pretty good as well

Sorry, your rank is low in accordance to get a seat in VIPS but the colleges you can get definetly are:

Try in VIPS through management quota if possible.

I think you would get admission in VIPS .your chances are quite high however there are various other good colleges that you can keep as a second option like JIMS , Trinity institute of professionals , maharaja agrasen etc .

In general category it is not quite possible to get admission in vips but if you have reservation such as sc or st then you have chances of admission at vips
