You haven't mentioned your quota, so considering it as general category there's still some chances of getting VIPS through IPU CET rank. Both the colleges are very good if we compare between these two colleges than Vivekananda Institute of professional Studies is comparitively better than Maharaja surajmal college with placements and facilities the only problem in this college is there is no availability of hostels
