Can i get industrial and production engineering in nit jalandhar with 43856 rank with general category and i am a boy. can i change my branch in next year .. and upto which branch can i change

It's difficult to tell exactly, but according to previous year's cutoff, it would be difficult to get a seat at NIT Jalandhar for your rank, unless your home state is Punjab. When it comes to branch change, it depends upon the availability of vacant seats in a particular branch. You can apply for branch change after completion of 2nd semester, if you have a CGPA of 7.5 or above and must have earned all first year credits. Selection will be based on merit, which will include both CGPA as well as JEE Main rank.

can i get admission in nit jalandhar if my general percentile is 88.23 and belongs to St category and my st category percentile is about 95 to 96

sir my category rank in EWS is 9800 . Can i get CS branch in NIT Jalandhar . my percentile is 94.5.

Hey aspirant,

Based on previous year's cutoff at NIT Jalandhar, it would be difficult to get a seat in CS branch with your category rank. However you may get admission for a few other branches with your rank.

Nevertheless, you should go for State & JoSAA counselling since you have a good score.

NIT Jalandhar CSE Or BIT Mesra CSE Which Is Better Please Anyone Answer

hello there

answer can vary person to person as per their experience but as for me BIT mesra is better choice than NIT jalandhar . BIT mesra is more reputed and the placements there are compared with IITs ,nit jalandhar is less famous and the placements are also less than bit. however there are some negative points for bit mesra also like higher fees and tough grading . take good time in comparing both the colleges by yourself as you are going to get admissions not others .

can i get admission in nit hamirpur Or nit jalandhar if my category rank is between 1500to2200 and my all india rank is 1,29000

Sadly speaking but it cannot be possible to get a seat in particular nit hamirpur or nit jalandar in your rank. But there might be a very slight chances to get admission in there for that you must be a resident from that particular state in which these colleges are.

I have 94.5 percentile in jee main can I get nit jalandhar ..and nit agartala with chemical branch

Yes there are many chnaces if your rank lies between 10-15 k then nit jalandhar can be of your interest as rank for chemical goes for a bit higher

is it easy to get home state NIT(NIT JALANDHAR) CSE with EWS category? How much I need to score in JEE Main?

Actually it all depends upon your capabilities. It is not so much easy to get nit jalandhar with ews category even if you being to Punjab.
Because for male category (of home state) your rank must be around under 3400 and for that you must score more than 96 percentile. If you are a female and belong to punjab then your rank must be under 5300 in ews category. And your percentile must be around 96.5 percentile. So definitely if you think you can achieve this much score then it's
easy for you to get admission in cse branch in nit jalandhar.

There are two lecture theatres in which there are air conditioned classrooms having a capacity of 120 each . There is one old building of library and a new building which is air conditioned having a capacity of 400

College Infrastructure is decent like there are two lecture theatres where the classrooms have a sitting capacity of 120 each. There are two library building one old and other the new one which is air conditioned and has a sitting capacity of 400 and the old one is a book hun.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is quite decent and they are improving it every year .The campus have spacious classrooms, a central library, computer centers, well equipped laboratories and canteens.Hostels are fine but mess food is average.
