85% of total sanctioned seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Delhi Region. Candidates who have passed class 12 from any school/ institute in Delhi or from any college/institute affiliated from GGSIPU University fall under this category. Since, you have Delhi domicile so you will fall under this category.

Since you didn't mentioned your desired college, So in general, If you are a general category candidate then you need to have rank below 3000 to get into top colleges if you belong from SC/ST then you need to secure rank under 5500 to get a seat in top colleges.

You need to score 650 marks in neet to get radiotherapy at IPU, Delhi through all India quota,  if you belong to general catagory. And 550 to 590 for state quota. You can refer this link for more details:-

*Since you have secured a good rank and you belong to Delhi Domicile than you would surely grab a seat in IPU but if you want a top college then have to wait for the 2nd cutoff as in 1st cutoff there may be average colleges coming but you will surely get a good college in IPU.

Yes definitely you are eligible for second round of IPU Counselling. That Seat Acceptance Letter is temporary and must have stated your Float Status and your Current Seat Allotment, after payment of the Seat acceptance fee. Henceforth if you are alloted a seat in your higher preference in Round w you will receive a new Seat Allotment Letter.

If you are of general category student then with this rank it is difficult to get admission in any college for outside delhi candidates BUT if you are of SC&ST, outside delhi then with this rank you have the chance with this rank in below colleges:-

GGSIPU Conducts Counselling for following Medical Colleges of Delhi:

1. VMMC Delhi

2 . Dr BSA Medical College Delhi

3. NDMC Medical College Delhi

4. ACMS Medical College Delhi

Allotment Results for Round 1 is Declared but the problem is they have not published any Allotment List publicly on their Platform so it's really difficult to predict Cut offs of Various Categories in IPU Counselling. May be they will publish any list publicly on their website after Round 2 or After Completion of all Counselling rounds but currently you can check the previous year Cut off data, latest data is not available.
