IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) conducted by Indraprastha University offers admission to  various UG and PG courses.The cutoffs usually depends on factors like number of seats , number of applicants and it may vary for Delhi and non-Delhi candidates too. For Delhi general category candidates there are 25 seats available for pharmacy course and for outside Delhi general category there are 4 seats available. You have a very good rank, hence you have a fair chance to get admission there. The expected closing rank for general category is 200-300.

The application form for IPU B.Arch 2020 was released on March 3rd. To participate in IPU B.Arch the candidates have to register and pay the required fees. The admission will be based on the NATA score of the candidates , there will be no separate exams. After that the merit list will be released and the eligible candidates can take part in the counselling procedure. Allotment of seats will be based on the candidates merit, preferences, category and availability of seats.

It is very difficult for you to get admission in any colleges through your IPU LEET rank for CSE. It would have been helpful if you would have mentioned your category.

Nevertheless, the last year's cut off by rank for the last round of counselling for CSE closed at a much lesser rank for General All India Category candidates, for almost all the colleges. If you would have ranked within 500-600 then your chances would have been more.

Even if you belong to any reserved category (SC/ST) then also it is difficult for you to get B.Tech CSE of B.Tech CSE lateral in most if the colleges.

With your rank and category it may be difficult to get admission into B. Arch as the cut offs generally go pretty high.

Your rank is good but it's difficult to predict which college you will get.

Because every year cut-off marks will differ basis of top most rank, students merit list and college to college.

Now come to your point IPU exam held under Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi. So if you want to join B.ed then you should take admission in Delhi colleges under this university. If you want to take admission outside of Delhi then you should apply for another exam or direct admission in private colleges.
