There are some criteria of reservation for resident  as well as outside students in IPU-CET

For outside students the criteria is:

SC : 15%

ST : 7.5%

DEFENSE: 5%

PWD: 3%

OBC: 27%

however you have a good rank and looking at previous year cutoff you have a fair chance of getting admission.

This is the only college for which you have chances to get into IPU, by All India Quota. Other colleges which you might get are:

It is difficult to predict your chances as you have not mentioned your category and whether you from Delhi or outside Delhi. Also IPU doesn't show marks it gives importance to your rank. Predicting your rank is difficult as the ranking criteria changes every year based on difficulty level of exam, number of students giving the exam etc.

Nevertheless a score above 300-350 helps you to get a good rank and makes your chances higher for admission.

Yes, you're eligible for admission in the colleges affiliated to GGSIPU with a rank of 492 under general category for B.SC Nursing. Since you've managed to qualify the IPU CET 2020 and also your name along with your merit order is in the merit list, so as per your merit basis, colleges will be allotted to you. Please proceed further for admission and counselling procedures since the counselling procedures has been started already. Candidates who have managed to be in the merit list can only go for admission and counselling rounds.
