In this rank you can expect to get top colleges but if you want to go for lower colleges then you can go for colleges like
If you fail to provide the document then your candidature will stand cancelled. Hence, if you are eligible even without the reservation then the best option for you would be to withdraw the certificate and request to apply as a general unreserved candidate. This is the safe option currently unless you can get a certificate.

As you are from obc category then you would be given reservation benefit for the ipu counselling too. Your obc rank would definitely be considered. But your rank is a bit low so kindly opt for lower cut off colleges for a better branch.

The Guru Govind Singh indraprasth University Delhi has an has an excellent infrastructure of classrooms, the sports ground ,labs and the central library. The classroom and the central library both have air conditioning system installed in it. University also provide hostel facilities it also has a gym and Wi-Fi is also present across the campus.
The college infrastructure is good it's spaceous and comfortable there are clean and tidy classes and the college is really big specially library is really well managed the canteen and it's food is great.
The infrastructure at ggsipu for MSC in natural resources management is top notch. The university has with modern buildings and well equipped classrooms. The department of environmental science has its own building with specialised labs for research and experimentation. The campus has also wifi facility, auditorium and sports facilities. The university has a strong focus on sustainability and has implemented many green initiatives on campus.
