In the time of registration basically you should have

• 10th and 12th certificate and marksheet
• Date of birth certificate
• Caste or category certificate, for you , if you want

With a 9000 rank in the IPU CET BBA, it might be difficult to get top-tier colleges like Maharaja Agrasen, JIMS Kalkaji, or VIPS, as their cutoffs are usually below 3000-4000 rank.
